Jon's passion is the creative process and finding innovative ways to assemble strategic partnerships that bridge entertainment, technology, distribution and education. He has created multi-platform media and communications campaigns for over 20 years and developed, produced and directed films and television programming for Universal Studios, IMAX, Disney, Universal, Entertainment One, National Geographic and PBS. He's created branded entertainment, films, commercials, media campaigns and educational initiatives in collaboration with many global brands and organizations including Teach For America, the U.S. Marines, Quicksilver, BRAC, Patagonia, Ocean Wise, and The North Face. Many of his films, projects and campaigns include extensive community engagement and educational initiatives involving strategic partnerships with organizations such as Outward Bound, PBS, and the World Wildlife Fund.

Neils de Jong Franken

Chief Distribution Officer

Neils has a passion for creating immersive entertainment experiences, forging new learning environments, and spearheading projects that drive positive social impact. With a diverse skill set and a keen eye for opportunity, Neils has made significant contributions to the world of entertainment and technology, having joined IMAX Corporation as the Head of film distribution for the US and Europe. Fluent in four languages, he navigated the international landscape, cultivating essential relationships with key partners and strategically expanding the IMAX theatre network through successful lease negotiations. Neils played a pivotal role in securing funding for a diverse slate of IMAX films, further cementing the company's position as a global leader in the industry.

One of Neils' most notable achievements was his co-production of IMAX Extreme, a groundbreaking film that went on to become one of the most successful and critically acclaimed IMAX movies of all time.

Drawing on his entrepreneurial spirit, he co-founded a medical tech start-up that quickly gained recognition for its groundbreaking advancements. Neils continues to shape the future of entertainment and inspire others to push the boundaries of what is possible.

Andrew Murphy

Chief Gaming and Experience Advisor

As a 22-year veteran of the video game industry, Andrew combines his creativity and life passions to manifest award-winning fun as a 3D artist, Level Designer, Prototype Designer, Game Director, and Creative Director. He leveraged his professional experience on the Bordercross tour to create worlds for the award-winning SSX trilogy. Prior to co-founding Session Games, Andrew worked with Microsoft as a 1st-party developer on the Xbox Arcade, Kinect and Xbox One launch titles and he's worked with global media and gaming giants including Red Bull Media House and Youtube's Braille Skateboarding. Andrew will oversee game initiatives and creation of interactive digital campaigns.

CISSP, CISA, CCSA, QICA, Dr Honorius Causa (Governance, Risk management and Audit) Martin has facilitated risk and opportunity assessments for clients across Canada and Worldwide in over 88 countries.
Enterprise Risk, Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, Compliance and Security Services professional with high level of innovation energy and strong leadership skills. Martin worked in the banking industry for over 20 years in organizations such as Standard Life, Citibank and Mizuho Bank. Recently a Risk Services Partner with Deloitte Vancouver in Canada. Martin recently established from ground up a Global Audit risk and compliance Officer role and team for a global group in Dubai.
